About 20–30 minutes across seven steps. Your entries are held in your browser while the tab stays open, so you can pause and resume.

Not on the server. Until you press submit, your entries stay in your own browser. Closing the tab discards them.

You receive a registration number. Your application enters eight verification stages: administrative completeness, identity validity, membership eligibility, academic verification, privacy consent, payment, decision, and profile publication.

Open the Application Status page and enter your registration number together with the email address you registered with. Both must match. The page shows the current status, which verification stages have passed, any verifier notes, and which documents are still missing, without displaying your personal data.

The Secretariat gives a specific, actionable reason. The system refuses to mark an application as requiring revision without a written explanation, so you will never receive a bare rejection.

Not through the registration form. As soon as your application is submitted, the system emails you a secure link for uploading them. The link is valid for 14 days and belongs to your application alone. Please do not forward it. Uploaded files are held in closed storage, readable only by data verifiers, and never appear on any public page.

No. It appears only if you consent separately. The system refuses to publish a profile whose publication consent is not on record. This is enforced at the database level, not left to admin discipline.

Yes. Publication consent is optional and is not a condition of membership.

Withdrawing publication consent takes effect immediately: your profile is removed from the directory and its page refreshed, without waiting for admin action.

Never. Requests for speakers, studies, or collaboration are always channelled through the DPP PERGUBI Secretariat, not directly to your personal contacts.

Encrypted, and readable only by verifiers. Identity numbers are also deliberately not searchable.

Only data verifiers. Legal name, date of birth, identity number, email, phone, and verifier notes never appear in public responses, including through the site’s API.

Yes, at any time, under Law 27/2022 on Personal Data Protection. Every grant and withdrawal is recorded with its policy version, timestamp, and channel.
